Cotton Summer Top   Cast on in August 2008.  Was sort of winging this one.  I knit from ribbing to the sleeve opening in the round using help from Sweater Wizard software calculations, but had to do a little fiddling with the neck treatment to get the shaping I envisioned.  One trip to the frog pond for that.  Used a simple offset eyelet pattern to add interest to the top section.  Added short sleeves, when I found I had enough yarn  -  whew!  Size 4 US needle, yarn is commercial Katiya Mississippi 3.             Finished in April '09

January 09 a pair of moss green cabled mitts, based on a Victorian pattern.  Yarn from my stash--no idea what this is but  it's warm!  I think there's at least some acrylic in it.  Size 3  needle.

Swatch of the Birdseye pattern for a small shawl.  Unblocked.
Size 3 needle, Zephyr laceweight silk and wool yarn in Vanilla.
