Lacie Blankie
Jackie calls this an example of "moose lace", i.e. lace knitted in a large gauge in heavier yarn. The lace makes this blanket lighter in weight for its size.
This pattern calls for 2400 yards of DK or light worsted weight yarn for 84" x 56" finished size. Gauge is 3 ¾ stitches/inch over center lace pattern stitch. Size US 8 / 5 mm needles suggested.
